Many thanks go out to you for making this one of the best years ever at Cypress Creek.  I know you join me in giving God all the praise!

We've enjoyed great growth at Cypress Creek this year.  Along with that growth comes change and we can already see the positive things that are happening.  The growth has been in all areas, attendance, membership, income and not the least to be mentioned is the spiritual growth we've seen in each individual.

"Expect More in 2005," our slogan for this New Year, I believe will come to maturity for each individual and for the Lord's work as a whole at Cypress Creek.  God is not limited in what He can do for his children.

I'm excited about what the Lord has in store for us at Cypress Creek.  Remember, "A Great Commitment To The Great Commandment And The Great Commission Will Grow A Great Church."  I can't wait to see what God has in store.

Work Behind The Scene's

"God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them."  Hebrews 6:10, NIV

Many things are done at Cypress Creek that some times are easily taken for granted.  The changing of the letters on the church sign, The pulling of the weeds in the flower beds, the practice of the singers and the musicians, the preparation for communion, the treasurer's duties, the secretary's responsibilities, the maintenance of the buildings, the cleaning of the church, the time and effort of the leaders for the different departments, the various cards that are mailed individually and we could go on naming many more things that are done for the work of God at Cypress Creek.

If you are one of those "behind the scenes" individuals, rest assured your labor is not in vain in the Lord.  God knows the sacrifices you make for Him, and He will reward you accordingly.  In this life adequate recognition may not come but who cares when He says, "Well Done."
